Privacy statement

(May 2023)
Processing personal data is not my purpose, my work or what I want to do. Sometimes it’s necessary to be able to do my work, for example if I send you a newsletter, you hire me or we have to exchange data for another reason. So this doesn’t happen often, but nevertheless it’s of course important to handle your data well. In this privacy statement I explain what we do on this website with information I gather about you. If you have any questions, or want to know exactly what I keep track of, please contact Marieke via

In our processing, I, just like the person who builds and manages this website (Liesbeth Smit), adhere to the requirements of the privacy legislation. This means, amongst other things, that:

Which personal data do I process and why?

I process your personal data when you sign up for the newsletter, or if you are a (potential) customer / contact and provide this information to me yourself. I only own personal data that is necessary for the execution of an agreement or because it is required by law. I do not publish this data unless we have your explicit permission to do so (or if it would save your life, but I can't imagine a situation where this occurs, and certainly not where I would like to publish your data).

Below you will find all personal data that I process, depending on the service you use.

When you are a (potential) customer or colleague of mine

If you are a customer or colleague of mine, I use name and address details, billing address, Chamber of Commerce number, telephone number, e-mail address, payment details, and other personal data that you actively provide. I solely use this data because it is necessary to send quotations and invoices, to process payments, to have contact and to do the administration.

How long do I keep the personal data?

I store data, such as customer address details or contact email addresses, in my records. I'm not going to actively delete it after a certain number of years, but if you’d appreciate that, I'll of course do it right away. Send me an email on Thanks!

Do I share personal data with third parties?

I only share your personal data with third parties if it is necessary for the execution of the agreement and to comply with any legal obligation, such as processing payments via a bank or other payment service provider, doing administration via administration software or my accountant. Nothing else.

This may involve the following parties:

With the exception of the partners mentioned above, I do not give personal data to other companies or institutions under any circumstances, unless we are legally obliged to do so (for example, if the police require it in the event of a suspicion of a crime – but that won’t happen of course!).

This privacy statement does not apply to websites of third parties that are connected to this website by means of links.
